Mental OS dashboard

Overview

A practical, engineer-style “Mental OS Dashboard” that one can use daily. It turns your internal state into a trackable system with metrics, thresholds, and actions.

1. Core Idea

You can’t optimize what you don’t observe.

This dashboard lets you:

  • Measure your state
  • Diagnose issues
  • Apply targeted fixes

2. Daily Dashboard (Quick View)

Use this once in morning + once in evening.

Your mental state is not random. It is the output of a system you can observe, measure, and optimize daily.

This dashboard turns:

  • Spiritual concepts -> measurable signals
  • Mental states -> debuggable systems

You move from reacting to your mind -> controlling your system.

System health overview (Score 1-5)

Module Score Signal
Root (Stability) Sleep, hydration
Sacral (Emotion) Mood, flexibility
Solar (Action) Productivity
Heart (Emotion) Calm, connection
Throat (Clarity) Expression
Ajna (Focus) Attention
Crown (Awareness) Stillness

Total score = System State Indicator.

5 Optimal

Goal: keep average >= 3.5.

8. Minimal Version (Ultra Simple)

If busy, just ask 3 questions:

  1. Did I drink enough water?
  2. Did I complete 1 meaningful task?
  3. Did I sit quietly for 5 min?

This alone stabilizes:

  • Root
  • Solar
  • Crown

9. Your Personal Optimization (Customized)

Based on your goals:

Priority stack

  1. Root -> hydration habit
  2. Ajna -> focus block
  3. Heart -> calmness

Daily core:

  • Sip water regularly
